Nima Nia, si occupa di scrittura, poesia e pittura queer femminista, oltre ad essere attivista queer. Nasce nel 1987 a Shiraz in Iran. Nel 2006 inizia a studiare pittura alla Bozormehr University di Isfahan in Iran. Chiede asilo in Turchia nel 2010 ed entra negli Stati Uniti come rifugiat* 2 anni più tardi, dove ottiene la cittadinanza. Vive attualmente a Washington DC. Nima ha inoltre pubblicato due libri di poesia.

Nima Nia, writer and poet, queer feminist painter, and queer activist. Nima was born in 1987 in Shiraz. Iran. In 2006, They started studying painting at Bozormehr University of Isfahan in Iran. They seek asylum in Turkey in 2010 and entered to United States of America as a refugee 2 years later, where they became a citizen and currently lives in Washington DC. They had published two books of poetry so far.
